Our Story

TimberLake Homes was opened as a family partnership in June of 2007 by Ron and Patti Thompson and Tom and Sarah Carroll. Patti and Sarah oversee the office operations – helping customers design their homes, arrange financing, put home/land packages together, etc., while Ron oversees the delivery and set-up of the homes on-site. TimberLake Homes handles new & used manufactured and modular homes along with garages, decks, parts, service, transportation of the homes, real estate sales and Storm Shield tornado shelters. Their experience in the housing has allowed them to work with some of the best contractors in the business, making the home building experience much more pleasant for their customers.

Home buyers have many different options to choose from in their homes. They offer three different choices in fireplaces – wood, gas or electric; laminate flooring; glamour baths with rain head showers; European kitchens; cedar siding and wainscoting; and custom floor plan changes. Exciting new options include cherry and hickory cabinets, glass mosaic tile, built in entertainment centers, high definition granite counter tops and even a professional 18.6 cubic foot fridge with a side-by-side 18.6 cubic foot freezer.

TimberLake offers many styles of homes including singlewides, manufactured and modular homes. TimberLake Homes are affordable, energy efficient, and some manufacturers even offer a 7 year warranty.
